Enjoyed top-class and patient staff and spacious hotel.
Planned to see Istanbul major attractions and it was amazing base for visiting all of them. Very good service, although a few employees were not experienced. The room was neat and well-maintained, the bed was nice. The location was perfect, close to a public bath. The beach nearby was lovely and the view was splendid.

The location was perfect and magnificent, just a 5-minute walk from an Ottoman-era Friday mosque. the room was beautifully maintained with very comfortable beds and a view of Hagia Sophia. Additionally, the bathrooms were good, and the breakfast was rich.

The hotel had an excellent location very close to a neoclassical museum. the room was beautifully maintained with very comfortable beds with 2 different sizes of pillows to choose from, and a kettle, for instance. the breakfast was generous.

The staff was friendly and spoke excellent English. The breakfast buffet was a sumptuous delight. The location was superb: a few moments' walk from Aya Sofie and very close to all the other main attractions: the Blue Mosque, the Turkish and Islamic art museum, the tram. The rooftop restaurant had a stunning view of an illuminated Ayasofia at night, and the friendly cafe next door had very good food at good prices.
The elevator didn't go all the way to my room,and the last staircase was steep and narrow, but I have found this problem all over Europe, so this is not really a complaint.

We were very fortunate to have been upgraded to a suite room with a private balcony, beautiful bathroom and bedroom. It was really a highlight of our trip to Turkey. We were completely relaxed and felt very well cared for. Thank you so much for a wonderful memory!
